Checking in was a breeze. Looks even nicer in person than in the photos. Rooms were very clean-housekeeping was on it. Location was wonderful and safe, plus, the view of the harbor was lovely.

Room was beautiful, got free upgrade to water view. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Toilet broke check out morning, was refunded $50 when I asked. Breakfast was standard but I think a ridiculous $25 per person. There's a mandatory travel fee of $25 that can be used for 1 person for breakfast but that means you have to buy for other people in room. I feel like that's a scam. Overall, I would stay again, excellent location, clean hotel, VERY comfy bedding.

Location was very good, close to Downtown Tampa but within easy access of a 'Riverwalk'. Hotel was very clean and a great selection for breakfast. Was travelling alone but felt very safe. Within a few minutes walk of the hotel there are some very good restaurants and it was very easy to request an Uber car to take me to other places I needed to get to as I hadn't hired a car.

15 mins walk to riverside walk, nice pool. Room size was good, comfy bed. We could check in and got the room hours before official check in time.

The breakfast was too expensive at $25 per person. Each person per room should get a breakfast voucher, not one per room.

Nice hotel front the bay, excellent rooms, clean and spacious, good service, nice location, beautiful night view, a walkable distance of many places to eat and shopping, good food in restaurants, recommendable for families.
